4th Week Meeting Summary & Gantt Chart (1st- 6th August) We carried on shelf life test of our product this week and finished the report and the presentation for the stage IV. Zhun Wang and Rong LU tested the pH of our samples and the commercial samples on Monday,Wednesday and the group did on Friday. We also asked the 14 trained assessors to do the smell test for the samples at the same time. We combined the report together on Monday and Huiying Shang and Raj made corrections for it on Tuesday.Then we submitted the report on Wednesday and seperate the presentation part to everyone. Rong Lu did the unfinished part from the last stage and commercial test. Marianua presented the shelf life and and Raj talked the GMP and GHP .Huiying Shang took the HACCP part and Zhun Wang presented the legislation and quality control. Rong LU combined the ppt of everyone on Thursday and practised it.We also made a plan for the next stage and gave the presentation on Friday.
